About us

A Not-for-profit Think Tank, established with an aim to engage widely with decision-makers from government, businesses, the not-for-profit sector and communities to create impact policy in the larger interest of the society.

The objective is to influence the formulation of a progressive and result-oriented-policy for the greater good of the society.

We provide a platform for publication of academic, industry, opinion or community papers.

RPH seeks and encourages papers from like-minded individuals to promote its mission by providing mentoring support to students as well as other individuals and organizations.

Our Mission

The creation of the best evidence based policy options for the community, business and government.

Our Vision

To be recognised as a centre for excellence for analysis, discussion and publication of research for better policy and decision-making.

Our Philosophy

As a Not-for-profit Organisation our approach to research and policy-development is:

Rigorous – We draw from the latest research and apply appropriate, ethical methods.

Practical– We strive to offer decision-makers workable solutions.

Holistic – Individual issues can only be considered in the context of complex systems.

1. Support policy formation and analysis:

  • to identify matters of significance to the community, business and government on a global, national and local level;
  • to create platforms for academic, professional, and community reflection and discussion upon those issues;
  • to undertake meta-analysis of existing research on matters of significance for academia, professions, community and government;
  • to undertake, where possible, and support independent research on matters of a global, national, and local consequence.

2. Collaborate with and to develop corporate, government, community partnerships to support the organisational objectives:

  • to develop and maintain strong relationships with higher learning institutions, corporate and community organisations;
  • to actively participate in the communities of scholarship and leadership, wherever possible, on a global, national and local level;
  • to especially develop such relationships within the geography of Oceania and developing nations.

3. Develop and strengthen enabling mechanisms:

  • to create, diversify and expand funding mechanisms to support organisational objectives;
  • to promote the organisation and its objectives by marketing, advocacy, and networking within the organisation’s community of interest;
  • to create electronic and social platforms to facilitate that organisational reach and influence;
  • to maintain a high level of internal communication and input into decision making;
  • to create an efficient and effective organisation by best practice in planning, finance, and human resource management.
