Professional
Dr Brian J Adams’ work primarily focuses on promoting respect and understanding across cultural, religious and organisational boundaries. Brian’s 20-plus years of work in Africa, Europe, North America and the Asia–Pacific bring a compelling international perspective to RPH. As a former Rotary World Peace Fellow, Brian’s background in mediation, conflict management and dialogue facilitation strengthens RPH’s ability to address some of the great challenges facing the world today.

He is co-founder of the Commonwealth Dialogue Initiative, gathering religious, academic, civil society, political and professional leaders from across the Commonwealth to invigorate leadership to meet the challenges of our day. And for ten years he was the founding director of the Centre for Interfaith & Cultural Dialogue at Griffith University.

Brian is also the author of the CURe Program for Multicultural Competency. This training helps organisations and communities create the mindset, develop the skills and establish an environment of respect for the traditions and perspectives of others.
