Brendan Pitman is a Senior Associate in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department of SMH Lawyers. He is admitted to the High Court of Australia and Queensland Supreme Court. His focus is on Body Corporate disputes amongst other general commercial litigation matters. Brendan is a Sessional Teaching Fellow at Bond University primarily in Civil Procedure, Evidence and Strata Law courses.

In his spare time, Brendan is actively engaged in teaching youth through his local church congregation and exploring the outdoors with his growing family.
